Tim has been CEO of the Chevron Group of Companies since 2015. During this time, he has overseen its growth to become the UK’s largest specialist Traffic Management provider, with an annualised turnover of £135m and more than 1300 employees. In his current role, he is responsible for the strategic leadership and direction of the UK Group, which forms part of a wider work zone safety group owned by Triton Partners, operating across 9 countries in Europe.
He has more than 20 years’ experience within the UK Highways Sector, having worked for large construction material and contracting organisations, including Hanson, Lafarge, and Foster Yeoman.
Tim is passionate about raising the profile of roadworkers and improving safety standards across the sector. During his time at Chevron, he has championed significant investment in leadership development and human factors training, leading to 8 consecutive ROSPA Gold Awards and the achievement in 2020 of a zero AFR with over 10 million RIDDOR free hours worked.
